Pupil Leadership
Tirlebrook House Groups
"I am proud to be a House Captain and proud of my house because I like it when everyone works together and helps and supports ecah other. I'm kind and I am a brilliant role model to everyone around me. I like to help, so when younger children are lost, I help them find their way around the school and when they are upset or need support, I am there to help. I will always treat people kindly and never differently to others."

Year 6 Prefects
Children in Year 6 are offered the chance to step into the role of Prefect and take on roles and responsibilities within and across the school. At the start of each year, children are invited to write a letter to Mrs Smith (Headteacher) to explain why they would make a good Prefect and how they would be an excellent choice to take on a leadership role at Tirlebrook. The role is open to all children in Year 6, with no limit on the number of positions available. It is a superb opportunity for all children to be involved and one that our Year 6 children look forward to applying for.
"I wanted to be a Prefect at Tirlebrook because I wanted to help lead the school in lots of different ways. I applied to be a Prefect because I love helping my teachers, friends and younger children. I enjoy being given responsibility for helping children around the school and celebrating their good behaviours by giving them stickers."
