After School Club - Tirlebrookers

We are pleased to be able to offer families an after school club for children attending Little Oaks Nursery and Tirlebrook Primary School as part of our wrap-around care offer. Our Tirlebrookers After School Club aims to provide affordable after school childcare that is enjoyable for all. 

 

Our Tirlebrookers After School Club is based within the main school building in our 'Secret Garden' and offers a 'cafe-style' dining area, calm zone, play area, activity zone and media zone, as well as access to an outdoor play space. All children are offered a healthy snack (e.g. toast, fruit etc.) at the start of their session and are then supervised while they read, draw, write and play or take part in an organised activty. 

 

Tirlebrookers After School Club operates Monday to Thursday from the end of the school day (3:00pm - Little Oaks Nursery / 3:15pm - Tirlebrook Primary School) to 5:30pm.

 

If you would like your child to take advantage of our Tirlebrookers After School Club provision, please complete the Tirlebrookers registration form, Tirlebrookers contract and permission forms and return to the school office and read the Tirlebrookers After School Club Agreement. All forms are available from the school office in digital or paper format. 

 

Session Costs (Nursery-Aged Children - Little Oaks)

Collection between:

  • 3:00pm and 4:00pm (up to 60 minutes childcare) - £5.25 per child per session
  • 4:00pm and 4:30pm (up to 90 minutes childcare) - £7.00 per child per session
  • 4:30pm and 5:00pm (up to 120 minutes childcare) - £9.00 per child per session
  • 5:00pm and 5:30pm (up to 180 minutes childcare) - £11.00 per child per session

 

Session Costs (Primary-Aged Children - Tirlebrook Primary)

Collection between:

  • 3:15pm and 4:00pm (up to 45 minutes childcare) - £4.00 per child per session
  • 4:00pm and 4:30pm (up to 75 minutes childcare) - £6.00 per child per session
  • 4:30pm and 5:00pm (up to 105 minutes childcare) - £8.00 per child per session
  • 5:00pm and 5:30pm (up to 135 minutes childcare) - £10.00 per child per session

*discounts for siblings are available when 2 or more siblings are in attendance for each session booked

 

Due to pupil numbers and staff to pupil ratios, our Tirlebrookers After School Club must be booked and paid for in advance - bookings and payment should be made through ScoPay.
